Meet your provider

Once oyster farmer turned licensed mental health counselor. With a background in treating Complex PTSD through use of EMDR therapy and psychodynamic modalities.

Treating CPTSD, I began to see the trend with male clients; shame, low self esteem, pressure to be a knight in shining armor, & unhealthy copping.

The intersection where my familiarity being the only woman on the farm, and my extensive mental health training crossed.
