Who I work with

Therapist working with individuals facing intimacy challenges

Men in high-visibility roles carrying private struggles related to intimacy, shame and facing the weight of public scrutiny or fallout.

I offer shame-free, trauma-informed care, to only a small caseload in a private pay setting where privacy, depth, emotional safety, and results matter.

About Me

A woman walking two horses on a grassy hill in a forest clearing, with tall trees and a partly cloudy sky in the background.

I am an EMDR-certified, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY, CT, & RI. I’m passionate about working with men as I see the unique pressures and challenges you face that are often missed in the therapy space. Including difficulty feeling body sensations, difficulty identifying emotions and knowing what to do with them; not to mention, feeling like you need to be a knight in shining armor, all the time.

My work is grounded in deep attunement, advanced clinical training, and a calm, steady presence. Clients come to me when they want someone who can meet them at depth, understand complexity without judgment, and help them untangle patterns that have felt impossible to talk about anywhere else.

My style is warm but direct, sophisticated yet approachable. I take the work seriously without losing the lightness that makes hard conversations possible.

When I’m not with clients, I’m with my horses- my ongoing teachers in attunement, communication, and grounded leadership.
