Therapy For: Compulsive Sexual Behaviors

Trauma-informed, sex-positive treatment for compulsive sexual patterns: porn, cyber-infidelity, cam sites, and what some still call "sex addiction." Discreet work that lifts the shame and restores control, confidence, and intimacy.

Therapy for: Men Facing Reputation Damage & Public Fallout

Therapy for men managing unwanted visibility, steadying themselves after a public fallout, and reputational strain. Trauma-informed treatment to help you come back swinging across all aspects of life.

Therapy for: Imposter Syndrome & Male Shame

For the man who looks the part and privately waits to be found out. The shame is quiet: the second-guessing, the over-preparing, the sense that the praise is going to someone you're only pretending to be. This is where you put that down.

Once an oyster farmer, now a licensed professional counselor and EMDR-certified therapist.

I specialize in working with men facing the pressures of high-visibility careers: compulsive sexual behavior, the effects of public fallout, and the shame that rides underneath it all.

With a history treating complex PTSD and other trauma-related work, I began to see the gap in care for men. Given my own history as the only woman on a working oyster farm, I wanted to help fill it, for the men whose lives demand they stay on their white horse: always mounted, always composed, never showing the struggle.
